Training & Placement cell plays a very crucial role in shaping the career of Aspirants of any institute. We at Ambala institute of Hotel Management has an active cell who is dedicated round the year to train and prepare our aspirants to face interviews of various 5 star hotels in India as well as abroad. The placement team is also continuously working in maintaining professional relations with the Human Resource team of Hotels in India and abroad. Placements for the Final year students begin early September and continue till March thereby ensuring maximum advantage to the students. The Training and Placement Department facilitates on campus recruitment by giving a common platform to students seeking jobs, and ensuring 100% Placements for them.

Training and Placement Cell is the backbone of any institute which is committed to develop dynamism, strong human values, technocratic and good leadership qualities as per the need of rapidly changing technology. This cell, apart from the normal placement activities has a frequent personal interaction with the students and understands and realizes their requirements better and try to fulfil them effectively, boosting their confidence in all aspects.

AIHM has a full-fledged T and P cell to look after the training and placement activity, which also provides the official support base for placement of final year students in form of arranging campus interviews, grooming students to face the final test of their knowledge. The staff of T and P cell includes student representatives to form the core committee which is headed by the training and placement officer.
